- Fuel Pump Won't Activate 2001 VFR 800 Fi. With ignition on all lights and displays come on. Cannot hear the fuel pump charge. Engine cranks, no fuel smell. Can hear a rely click on and then off in area of fuel cut relay. What do I test first?
