I'm looking for an online location or any where else to purchase side pods for my Hayden blue Arai . if anybody has a clue let me know. thanks
Hey..sounds like mine, just blue.... hehe...sweeeeet....
I would check directly through Arai.. I know they deal directly with some of their merchandise, but I think just their helmets are dealership only... hmm...maybe worth a try... I know a local Performance shop here in the States (AL) that sells buncheZ of Arai helmets.. I will check with them and see.....

Good Luck... Jus' curious..what happened? Lose it, scratch it, etc etc?
Had the same problem with my Arai Quantum /f... The problem is that Arai does everything it can to keep its products from being sold in mass volume via the internet, and I believe they prefer you buy from a certified dealer in order to get a good fit. Also, I've never found an online dealer that carried parts you could order, and when I broke the side piece mounting tabs on my old helmet, I had to get replacements from the local Kawasaki dealer (in my case they happened to be the closest Arai dealer). If I remember correctly it didn't take long...a few days or a week at most.
i would feel like it was my fault if it was not a crappy design--i make a living assembling cars and have enough experience to realize the difference between poor design and operator error
I just shipped an out of warranty helmet to Arai so they could glue on a chin trim piece that fell off. They gladly agreed to do it free of charge even though they could have told me to buzz off. They said that some batches of their adhesive were improperly mixed and admitted to the quality control problem. They insisted on shipping it to them because of a recent lawsuit against them by someone who had improperly installed a replacement part. Have you considered directly contacting them with your problem?
"theservicepavilion" as mentioned earlier will help you out. They are tight with Arai. Good luck.
