EDIT: DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! THE PANTS ARE ON BACKORDER EVEN THOUGH DK HAS THEM IN STOCK

My wife has been eyeing joe rocket trixie leather pants since they came out. They run about $250 everywhere usually. There is an auction on ebay that has them at $224.99 with free shipping. It's a mistake, but they are honering it if you call them direct. I just ordered a set for the wife. Thought I'd give you guys a heads up.

They sell you any color or size.

I recently attempted to contact MotoFit about some Alter Ego pants they had advertised for sale by Buy-It-Now. I asked if they actually had the physical pants and size that I was looking for, that they had listed.

This auction

I got no reply.

I would beware. Joe Rocket seems to be limiting sales of thier gear to E-Bay sellers lately.

Motorcycle Superstore has the Trixie for $224.99 with free shipping as well.

I've never actually purchased anything from Motorcycle Superstore, but I know people here have.

I think their customer service is OK, but I do know they have a 10% restocking fee.

LOL We haven't getten them yet.

As far as motorcycle superstore, I have had problems with them in the past. They often don't have the items they sell. I waited for 4 weeks once for pants from them. This was AFTER they verified they did have them in their hands.

You can call the number and talk to them. They seem OK on the phone. I'll let you know if I get screwed. That's why I always use a CC.

I got a reply today. It seems that they do have them ready for immidate shipment, but are a little slow on E-Bay messaging. Well, E-Bay messing can be slow anyway.

I retract my last statement.

Good to hear, I'll still let you know when I get the pants. They said 5-6 business days to my location, but I assumed 8 or so with them being on the east coast.

Thanx to whoever fixed my typo in the title. I need to watch that closer. I couldn't figure out a way to fix it, and assumed I was not allowed.

Well, these guys suck. They never called or forwarded a tracking number as they said they would do, so I called them. After two phone calls today, I found out the pants were on backorder (even though they show them in stock on the website) and they wouldn't be shipped until Aug. I canceled the order (they said they had to make an exception to give me a refund), and ordered them from denniskirk have them match the motorcyclesuperstore price and beating it by $1 (thanx to who posted that link) Now Angela with have her pants next week. I hope they fit after all this.
