I need to remove one of the side pods on my Quantum f.

I had a slight snafu when changing the face shield. I need to remove one of the pods in order to replace the lock piece that fell out.

Any Ideas befor I break it trying to remove it?

Look inbetween plate and find red switch push it toward back of helment.
