Titanium Knee Sliders

I am looking to buy a set of titanium knee pucks. I was trying to shop around but the only place that I've found them in the U.S. is Indysuperbike.com and they are about $70. Does anybody know where they might be available cheaper? BTW I did find several sites out of Europe selling them but I would rather avoid the hassle and deal with a company here in the states.
