Though I can't comment on that exact pair of pants, I do currently have pair of Firstgear HT Air Overpants.
Other than really crappy zippers (the front zipper brake off completely and the left side zipper broke the tab off), I really like them. Quality seem decent enough (except for the zippers). I really like the options for upgrading to CE armor in the knees and hips. And the pants are quite comfy when wearing them over jeans. Did I meantion the zippers suck? (IMG:style_emoticons/oldemoticons/tongue.gif)

I ordered them today and will let you know what I think. I also ordered the CE armor for the knees. Total shipped was $134.00. I read that stacking the CE Armor in front of the knee pads that come in the pants result in the most protection and comfort.
I also ordered a Scorpion EXO-400 Dark Silver to match my wifes helmet. I currently use a KBC VR1 that is getting old and is a little loose side to side and a little short front to back. I also use an Arai Helmet that I got free with the bike but it is an older one and I am not very fond of some its features so on to a new Scorpion.
I have a pair of these and I like them very much
They come in short lengths (which I needed) they're comfortable and zip to my First Gear mesh jacket.
Obviously they don't protect as good as leather would but the padding in the knees and hips is well placed and stays put while riding.
If your looking for a good pair of mesh pants I'd say these are a good choice.

I have a pair just like them. Never had a complaint. They do a good job during summer. Here in Phoenix where it can hit 110+ they do come in handy.
