Does anyone know the address of ARAI USA? It's not given on their site and I've done a search with no result. They will inspect one of their helmets for $10 and advise if it is still OK after a fall etc. I sent my previous helmet to them about 5 years ago after a fall, but I can't find the address.
Thanks.
I've sent two Arai helmets to them for inspection with great results. I don't have their address but I know they are PA.
Here is their local customer service number 610 837 4210.
I just attmpted to call the number and no worky. Sorry.

I think the place in PA that you're thinking about is "The Service Pavillion". I met them last year at the Suzuki Superbike race in Fontana, and had them custom fit me into a Arai helmet. Anyway, as far as I know this is the #1 Arai dealer in the U.S., so if this isn't the place that will inspect your helmet, then they will know who does.

Where I sent mine was not a vendor, but the US headquarters for Arai. For some reason I think it is Bethlehem, PA.
Somewhat off-topic, but Shoei offers the same service, and their shipping address can be found here:

I'm going to send in my old RF-1000 that I crashed in and see what they say.

I'll bet you $5 I know what they'll say. If the shell is scratched up at all they're going to say it's "weak" and shouldn't be re-used. I can fax you my letter and save you the $15 shipping if you want.. :fing02:
+ 1 or more for the Service Pavillion. They have fixed me up a couple of times and after the Minneapolis bike show this year he tracked down a helmet for me that he did not have in stock.
