- I am back on a VFR Definitely US red bike originally. Looks like it has a Penske shock too! :fing02:
- I am back on a VFR Looks like Canada had one silver in '98 and a different silver in '01. Either way, it would be stated right on the VIN tag. [image: image.jpeg.d0af16d3633c1f56e8133f4bac384df3.jpeg] I changed the speedo face out on my…

- Overheating main fuse but need to move the bike 2 miles. Don't forget to bring a fire extinguisher along... Can you disconnect the r/r and run it off the battery to go two miles? Guessing the overheating is due to r/r - stator issues.
- K&N HA-8098 small element version dimensions Sure, it’s yours. I just ordered a new one hoping to get the large version. PM me an address.

- 5th Gen. 98' VFR800 w/ stock OEM seat.. painful to ride. I hated the original seat as much as the OP, constantly sliding in to the tank. Replaced quickly with a Corbin and put 100K on it before I sent it back to them to be re-foamed and re-covered. Also have a Sargent on my…

- In Dutch, it's called a "Garage" If you only had a little more height... [image: DSC_3009_Bondarkenko_KellyAdjusted10Jan18-Last-3_betterForFolder-600x600.jpg] What about going 2x3 high (3x2?) on one side to leave the full wall open on the other side?
- Power Commander 2 Software I've got it, the PC2 software and all the US/UK maps. Can put on a Google drive for download if you like, pm me. Still running the PC2 myself.
- First ride of the season and the side of the road. Yes, 2003 or later stator will bolt in to the 5th gen, with the same '03 or later flywheel. Flywheels are relatively cheap on eBay.
- 5th Gen Corbin SaddleBags (I have a pair) They were in the $700-$800 range when first available but doubled in price by the time they stopped selling them. A few have sold over on vfrworld recently in the $400-$500 range.
- Returning VFR owner Looks like a mechanical speedo drive? For some other bike.
- What to look for before purchase - 2007 RWB model Probably binding throttle cables with the taller helibars, it may happen if they didn't install longer cables or mis-routed them. Not a big deal to resolve.
- Gotta Ride! I added the trunk box to my MS and later the wife bday surprised me with the side bags. Barely used them, they still look new, the trunk box gets used every ride. Perfect weather to take a trip, enjoy.

- DYNAMO HUMM STYLE 840 KIT INFO. Sounds like an interesting project. You may need to set up the hot tub time machine to get that info, I haven't seen one installed in about 15 years. Is this an nos kit, or are they back in business?
- Updates for the RestoMod VF1000R Looks great with those wheels and front end!
- 5th Gen Insurance My '99 was $240/year with mid-level coverage (50K/100K) plus comp, no collision, at State Farm. My '20 Duc was triple that. I just moved to Progressive this week and cut those rates by 1/3 for slightly better coverage.…

- 1999 Honda CB750 conversion to VFR750 sssa and car wheel I put a 4.5"(?) wheel on a CB750 with a 150 tire as I recall - long time ago. Even with that I had to get an offset front sprocket to get the chain lined up. I can't imagine there is anyway a 7" wheel is going to mount…
