I just saw a thread on icon gear that prompted me to share my most recent experience. Last year the zipper on the Joe Rocket Sonic R boots that I have broke, so I got ahold of the retailer I got them from and was put in touch with Joe Rocket warranty and they shipped me a new pair. About a year and three months ago I purchased the Joe Rocket Survivor Suit or my "onesie" the warranty on the suit was 1 year, naturally after 13 or 14 months one of the zippers broke. I contacted motorcyclegear where I bought it and was told to ship it back for warranty repair....well after waiting the 6-8 weeks for repair I received a call from Motorcycle gear and was told that it was unrepairable. I have received store credit for my full purchase price and the new model will be out next month, so I will have a brand new "onesie" that will be even more waterproof....(the only change). Just wanted to share my experience with JR products I also have the jacket below and matching Gloves.

in my opinion Joe Rocket is a company that stands behind there gear!
