From what I understood Rob is getting more in a few weeks and he is going to contact me. I thought it was still like a group purchase discount type deal...Maybe I lost some thing in the translation? :doh:
Well, besides a VFR enthousiast he also has his own business. ANd he is giving a nice discount on parts to fellow VFR riders. :) Only thing is, he has to order these rearsets 10 at a time. He can mix different models I believe, but total has to be at least 10.
So, Could we get our own group buy together? I'm interested, as long as the price is OK. What's the general info on these rearsets. 1) Brand name? 2) Where are they made? 3) Which VFR models have sets available for them? 4) Price? 5) How long for delivery to the US? 6) How high up and back do they shift the pegs?

IF you look at the pic real close, you'll see that there is an insert plate that takes the stock pegs assemblies and moves them rearward and upward what appears to be about an inch.
Ridelite makes some similar assemblies for SV650 Suzukis. I wonder if they include a longer shift lever for the left side or what.

And they want $400 for that, WTF ? I don't think so, that's what a good set cost for a 1KRR and they a complete new set of pegs, levers, etc...I'll check the Thurn site at work later today, that pic can't be right. You could make your own adapters that do that if true.

I was thinking the same thing. Damn things should be platinum plated and heated for that price.

Wassup with this? Anything going? Is it still possible to join? I've tried to get in contact with vfroem but no luck. I would be very interested in the racy rearsets.

I would make sure that this is really what you want. I have 1 inch up and 1 inch back on my blade, and it bothers my knees on long rides. Cuts off the circulation to my legs where the leathers pinch behind my knees. On the plus side, no more scraping boots or pegs around corners. :P
yes I know what you're thinking, why the hell would anybody want to do that?
well i have a steel plate and some screws in my left knee, and being able to ride with less of a bend in my knees would be much more comfortable for me. Just got this bike and already thinking about selling it due to this problem.

Are we talking about the same thing? look 2:nd post. I have seen crap footpegs, these does not look like crap to me. If you are talking about those little thingies with 4 holes that makes the OEM pegs move back and up a bit, I can't agree more.

Thank you for the link! I have a friend in El Paso, Texas. He can probably arrange shipment in the US. When I can sell at least 10 pieces in the US, I will order them and let them come over to the US. At the moment I can supply:
