A little birdie with mother Honda tells me there are 18 factory OEM candy prominence red 31L top boxes on the shelf in the US warehouse.  

There used to be 19.

Also, there are a good number of OEM rear racks for sale on the Ebay right now, mainly shipping from UK.

Prices are still stupid on both.

The top cases are now P/N 08L71-MGE-C10ZA

Just in case anyone is seeking these out like I am. 🙂

I'm curious if you notice much aerodynamic difference between having all the boxes on vs. off.

Short answer, yes.  But not as much as you may imagine.  Panniers not much difference, but can feel top box a bit.
