First off, Miguel thanks for providing us with an area to discuss local rides and happenings. I too hope it stays active, and well, with KKKKen being the post ho that he is I have no fear of this puppy biting the dust. It will be a great way to organise our group rides and stuff which at this early time of the year seems like we will have quite a few.. So thanks Slammer. I hope i didnt push any buttons either :goofy:
I hope I speak for all us canuckleheads in the above stated comments.

So many backhanded comments to be made...You got your own area for your three month riding season? Does that mean you will leave us alone now? Will the salt be off the road by July so dude can ride? But I digress, would never ask you canuckleheads such questions. :D
just back from a 60 mile ride - yeah - know it ain't much, but it was enough .... three month season? be fair - it's more like 6 and if we push it - 7 months.
Dude - you better get riding son - these guys think you're wussing out on the salt/gravel.. :goofy:
I did have a slight pucker factor hit today - went through some twisties, got on the brakes, geared down - and the arse end kicked sideways a bit.... the combination of salt, gravel, and the snow melting and flowing onto the road was enough to get the heart pounding.
What a great day!!
Dude - how do we password the Canadian Forum? Names of beer, types of bacon, and best hockey players??
took a couple pics toda y- nothing spectacular - will download from camera in awhile.

Got me beat by two miles. It was supposed to start raining/storming around 2:30 so I just did a mini loop. Now I am cleaning my condo in preparation for tomorrow night.

I did a 90 mile loop this morning. Was back home by lunch waiting to see the rain. Ended up going to Jackson with my wife and watched the sun shine the rest of the afternoon. At least I got a good steak out of the deal.
We have our own version of the 'weekend afternoon ride'
North Pole ride Don't we have some import quotas or Canadian content laws still protecting us from too much airtime from foreign content?? :P :D
