Corbin/wingrack conflict?

I've got an '03 with a corbin gun/lady seat.  Anyone out there know whether I'm going to have any problem mounting a GIVI Wingrack II with the corbin on board (with or without the backrest)?

I noticed an earlier string on this issue, but it wasn't really specific enough regarding model year, etc., so thought I'd ask.

Thanks much!

I have the same question for my 2001 VFR  (Corbin seat with Wingrack2).

I phoned at Corbin but they had no idea!

Would SW Motech racks fit with a Corbin on a 01 or 03 VFR?

Thanks

Well, I've now got a wingrack II along with my corbin and merely can't use the corbin back rest if I run a GIVI bag as a topcase (no big surprise there) - but a wingrack has no conflict with the seat itself.

and the wingrack + the E360Ns I bought are amazing.  Just can't wait for the first big spring trip!

I can only speak for the 5th gens ('98-'01), as I have a '99.
I use a Wingrack two bag mount, and when I borrowed a Corbin seat to try, the passenger section seat pan hit the mounts for the rack.  The parts that mount to the grab handle mounts.  I read somewhere that someone used a grinder to get the seat to fit.  It was not much that needed to be removed (I'm guessing from the seat pan).
