Mine was a givi option that I found on ebay, still a bit pricey. It doesnt give you much carry capacity as it sits pretty high up on top of trunk though.
I found a Ventura rack in our classified scetion here. $75 and it works great. They come in several different heights. The one I got was a tall one but I just cut the big hoop off and the case/mounting plate fit perfectly.

Givi. If you don't mind one that sits above the pillion seat, contact Kanadian Ken. They are not tubular, but they get it done, in fine form.

See whats on TOP of my silver trunk? The rack those fuel bottles are clamped on? Well thats all givi stuff on there. He is looking for a JCW chaeper alternative.

Thanks for clarifying. Looks like I'll have to get a Givi. They seem to run anywhere from about $68.00 to about $75.00.
