Well, I managed to get 2 bikes in an 89 Mighty Max pickup. Only thing I had to do was tape up the right foot peg of the left bike, and we had plenty of room! The bed is only 55" wide, with 38.5 inches between the wheel wells and 6' long..
Went to Buttonwillow, and got rained on for the first 6 hours of the day. Watched 5 people crash, and just putted around slow on the super slippery track, learning the turns. It cleared out at about 3, and most of the standing water was gone by 4. I got 1 hour of great riding, even though the surface was still damp. I'm sore as hell today! From being tense in the rain, and riding hard in the damp.... The instructors said they considered the track extremely slick. No rubber laid down after the rain.. Was still great.. I found everyone really nice! Had to borrow ramps, as there was no room left in the truck! 350,000 miles on that little pickup, and it did great! I was reading Marc's first time experience post, and agree with all of it! great people, gettin passed, etc... I have the Z6 tires and my buddy just put a new set of M5's and loved them![image: Attached Image: Motorcycle 006.jpg][image: Attached Image: Motorcycle 005.jpg]
I bought the ramp at Harbor Freight. $113 out the door, and it folds in half. great![image: Attached Image: Motorcycle 001.jpg]
I did add some brackets in the center of the bed for the tiedowns in the center..
