Honda oem hard luggage sale

A Canadian over on the VTEC Yahoo Group posted that his dealer said the VTEC hard bags were on sale for $700 Canadian ($516 U.S.).  I called my dealer in Torrance, CA and he knew nothing about it, but said if I found out anything to give him a call and he'd give me the same price.  So - anyone heard anything about this?

This is a great deal unless it's just BS.  ???

whoah that would be awesome. And it sure would piss off anyone who paid 900 bucks in the last couple months!
