Going to be doing only my 2nd track day on Monday at Cadwell, first one was last October at Oulton Park. Am hooked now.Just need to know the best tyre pressures to run as i keep hearing different views and figured you experienced track guys can give me a heads up.Bike is a 5th gen 2001, Pirelli Angel Gts, Wilbers rear shocker (best mod i've done) forks, uprated K Tech sprigs (cmon Jamie, answer my email, got the money in my pocket burning a hole!) Advice gratefully received.

Ps my weight is approx 160lbs.

I've never run Angel GT's on the track. Those are more of a sport touring tire. That being said, most people run in the range of 29-32 PSI for street tires on the track. That changes depending on ambient temp, what group you are riding in, etc. I think I normally do 32F/30R and check them immediately after your session (before you take your gloves and helmet off). You should see 5-6 PSI growth when hot.
