2004 vfr tank bags

For those with the Oxford tank bag, is it only magnetic? �Or does it �(can it) mount with straps? �Does anyone use it with the Mag-Knight full tank bra? �It looks like a good replacement for my existing bag, but I want to make sure it fits. � ???
I like the Marsee pocket rocket 25 liter expandable. It doesn't have pockets on the outside and looks real clean on the bike. Also since no outside pockets all the rated cargo space is in the main compartment which holds a lot of stuff and zippers to expand to 25 liters. Also there are 2 zipper pockets on the inside top flap for phone, wallet, change etc. I like this much better than the Cortech tribag which is too big for me.

I use an Icon Urban tank bag for my bike. It mounts with four strong magnets and has lots of space with a clear map window and converts to a backpack instantly. It also can carry a he,met underneath when in backpack mode. Comes in several colors, but kind of pricey though ($110). I find it very useful.

I have an Oxford Sports Compact bag. It is magnetic out of the box but I remeber seeing mention to a "strap on" conversion kit you can get from them. I don't remeber the details but I know one exists.
On my bag the magnetic part completely zips off so I would assume they replace that with the strap on base.
