Got back yesterday from 3 days in Wales with it's glorious stretches (and bends) of roads. Went with a couple of mates, Sprint GT & 5th Gen, and stayed in a lovely pub right on the racetrack A483 from Newtown to Llandrindod Wells. Mid-week, there were few tourists and once the 8am school runs and deliveries were over, the roads were almost empty bar the odd truck and there are so many overtaking opportunities that we didn't care. Weather was warm (mid-20s/late 70s) and only 1 rain shower plus some cloud which kept the temperatures down nicely.
Lunch on the dam at Llyn (Lake) Celyn above Bala was great and we even saw a couple of Eurofighter Typhoons flying at low level at one point.
The 1200 was fantastic and I am sooooo glad I bought her.
