COTA Tickets ?

I got a message that COTA tickets will be for reserved seating only, no GA.

But, ya can buy a reserved ticket & then wander about the grounds.

What is this about? I've always bought the GA tickets cause we like to sit on the hills.

I'd suspect this is so they can appear to be controlling the people-density in the grandstands.
