2005 VFR800 Pannier Lock Tab

My OEM left side-case was stolen from my 2005 Honda VFR800. I have a spare, but it does not have a lock. Can anyone identify which lockset I would need? I would like to purchase 3 locks so that the cases (2 sides and 1 top) have matching keys. Is the latch part of the kit, as I would need that part as well?  I believe the following may be the part number for the locks. I do not see a part number for the tab and I am unclear as to whether there is a right and left tab or if they are both the same. There is also a small ball and spring that are part of the tab mechanism.

The tab is going to be the hard part.  Does not come with the lock cylinders.
