Well ? Comments...little white HRC decals or silver Honda or red VTEC, arrg, decal madness. Plus have you seen Tapeworks new RADS ? Wheel rim decals, me likey :P
Keep in mind the covers are held on by velcro. I had looked into them, Was thinking they'd be cool,...NOT. +, Didn't want to get hit in the face with them, when they came flying off.
Um...good points but my bike is Red !?! Seriously, not sure. Saw the velcro part but figured it may work. Don't know, think I'll give them a try regardless for the wow factor. I don't believe they are that drak BTW, pics on bike it's hard to tell they are there.
Not legal in Florida. You might want to make sure they are legal in your state before you get ticketed.
Most states have long since outlawed smoked headlight and tail light covers.
Going to and from Daytona Friday on a yellow Ducati, I had people that didn't even see me. There is NO way I would cover up my headlight. Red bike or not!
Personally, the only way I would tint, is vinyl stick on. Tape works only offers it in white, been looking for black, (the kind with the holes in it), but the longer I look and cannot find, the more a$$holes almost hit me. And it is illegal in MI.
So when the flunky tech at the local backwater dealership knows which way to mount the tires, a big white arrow will help just in case they dont notice the cast arrow on the wheel, you know how some of these guys dont care about our bikes.

I guess what I'm say'n is,....flip a coin. LOL.
There's another company that does all sorts of colors for the vinyl stuff but I can't remember the name or website...ugh. Almost ordered yellow from them for my wife's Ninja 250. Thought about buying red, but it'd look too boy-racer for my VFR...

How effective are your headlights with these perforated stickers covering the lens?
Can you still be seen by cage drivers? (not that they look anyway) How much light is lost at night?
Just questions I always wondered about.....
When you start to compromise safety for looks, its time to step back and evaluate your priorities. Why in the world would you want to reduce the output of your headlights with tinted covers or stickers? Crazy stupid if you ask me. And, well, I don't think it looks all that good anyway.
kerplode, Mar 14 2005, 08:29 PMWhatever floats your boat though. You should get a set of spinnaz...Then you can get mad props from all your homies. :wheel:
Damn, you guys are a rough crowd ! Just floating ideas out there boys, take it or leave it. Hell, many folks, many, consider the whole bike to be a squid ride for that matter.

I like, but the problem is visability @ night. I did my "tinted" for $12.How? I bought the spray and used $2 net, whalla..I think I posted it somewhere. The spray called night shade or something, you can get it @ after market store they use it to spray tint car lenses.
