Does anyone know if the rear brackets of a CBR600/1000 will fit on a 2002 VFR800. I have no intentions of using side bags and the stockers are just too bulky...Thanks.

You might only have to know whether the bolt spacing is the same cause the brackets on the 2002 VFR do not support the exhaust or go through bodywork just like the new CBRs. A quick trip to the nearest Honda dealer with a ruler should get you close to the answer.

I thought about that myself, but I was thinking more along the lines of late model RR's...with the exhaust out the back. I also read a post, I cant remember where, a VFR owner claimed he replaced them with aftermarket parts, but I cant seem to locate them anywhere, anyone have an idea?
