I stumbled on these guys tonight as I was pricing a set of the Continental Road Attack tires:

Tires

Anyone tried them? I can get a set for $209.90 shipped to my door.

Nice looking tire. I would be interested to see how they perform. I used to have a set of the Conti-Force tires o my CBR and they felt pretty good, but didn't last very long.

A guy I ride with swears by these tires. He rides 110 miles round trip to and from work. Usually gets about 6500 miles on them and the stick like crazy. He rides a 2004 Z1000. We went to Colorado last year, and everytime we pulled into a rest area/gas stop, he was flinging rocks at everyone behind him. They are a good tire with little to no cupping. This dude rides everyday, rain or shine. They stick in the wet as well. Have never heard him complain.

$209 is about normal for online, I ordered my last two sets from Southwest Moto with no complaints.

No, I chickened out and bought another set of the Z6's. I've seen the Conti's in person and they look like and seem to perform well on the VFR but I decided to go with what I know. Maybe on the next go round.

Yep, my last set of Pilot Roads from Competition Accessories in Springfield, OH was $199.95 plus about $15 shipping. That should be about the going rate for online tire pricing from what I've seen.
