Vehicle Description:
1986 VFR700 Street fighter, project bike. This bad boy is fast and loud. I have owned this bike for three years, it did not come with any plastics. I do have the original seat, but its a bit ripped up. 1989 CBR600 bars, flipped upside down. (need bar ends.) 1971 Kawi H500 triple tail cowl. 1980 Suzuki headlight and bucket. 1971 Honda CB350 speedo and mirror. 2005 Cafe fairing. Home made aluminum seat with pad. Good tires (still have some of the little stubs on 'em). Chain is one year old, new rear sprocket. Stator replaced last summer. Replaced reg/rec last week (I put a used one in.) Brand new battery. Little things that will need attention: A tune up would be great. New plugs, air filter, coolant, etc. The choke cable broke at the handlebars, I re-routed to the side by the seat. May want to replace that as well. The paint job is rattle can with brushed on flames, just so you know! Last summer this bike was actually featured on speed cahnnels "Two Wheel Tuesday" during a segment on Milwaukees Rockerbox event. Drives straight and true, fast, and as mentioned earlier loud and MEAN sounding. The pipes are after market Cobra F1's. The p.o. gutted them, new baffels can be found easily enough. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY.
