Welp, I took the front wheel into the city today to get the front wheel powdercoated Silver to match the rear. Also getting the handlebars and upper triple clamp powdercoated Gloss Black.
As per the VFRd members in my previous poll on the subject:

Should have them back next week.
On a low note, I tried to source new front wheel bearings from BC bearing (industrial bearing supplier, one of the largest around) and the Nachi wheel bearings are apparently very special. So special that they can't cross reference them to another Mfgr. Since they don't sell Nachi, it's off to Honda at 23 bucks a pop. I was hoping to get then for about half that at BC bearing.
There was never anything wrong with the front bearings, that is, until I pounded them out of the wheel in preparation for powdercoating. Oh well, cheap insurance.
Once the inner races have been struck a blow, the bearings are paperweights, I'm not using them unless it was for a wheelbarrow. Certainly not on my bike at ~250km/hr!
