I just received a Givi V46 topcase from Twistedthrottle.com. I'm using it on my '94 VFR with Givi's Wingrack and E41 sidecases. The V46 measures 17"L x 22"W x 13"D and will hold 2 full face helmets easily.

...and for those of you who might be thinking it...YES...the back of my VFR is wider than a Goldwing. :P

I would like to get a simular set up for my 97....once I get her back on the road from the off road adventure. My question is do the side bags hold a helmet? And does the rear case take up some passenger room?. Would there be room for a back pad and still fit a passenger? Thanks Brian

The E41 sidecases I have will hold 2 helmets each. I can carry 6 helmets with my VFR.

the upper rack is adjustable, so you don't have to give up any passenger room. There is a back rest available for this case and it should be no problem to use.

I have the E360's, and though they are a bit smaller than the E41s, they can hold my Shoei -- IF you take out the (relatively useless) document holder. I removed the holder from one of my sidecases and left in the other (though I never use it for documents).

As SLO97 said, the regular Givi rack allows full passenger accommodations.

SLO, good thing you have the standard mirrors -- your bike looks almost exactly like mine! (Black, double-bubble, stock exhaust, Givi setup). Thanks for the post, I have been thinking about a topcase to go with my E360's and this is helpful.
