Since I got the white 06, I've been mildly obsessed with having a stormtrooper helmet to match the bike's futuristic look.
(my busa buddy was moved to tears (well almost smile.gif ) by the front view of the bike!)
I did a gaggle of googling to no avail and found an ad for skull skins while perusing mag ads in the morning reading room.
Nothing to lose, so I sent them some pics of stormtrooper helmets.
This is what they sent, and what will be shipping soon.
I'll let you know how it looks and fits once it arrives.

btw, they will reproduce any art for custom skins, so if anyone wants to improve this or have anything else created, the option is there. If anyone can do a better job of the stormtrooper repro (I'm no graphic artist) feel free and let me get in on it please.

Sweet concept...I am a big fan of Star Wars also. I dont think it looks enough like a storm trooper helmet the way it is. If they could put the rest of the storm trooper helmet as a ghost image on the visor it may help. I am afraid that most people would probably say cool James Bond Moonraker helmet! biggrin.gif
Yeah, I thought that too after comparing it to the photoshop job on my avatar...It almost looks jet-fighterish after looking at the avatar job. I wonder if they fear copyright infringement?
I think to really make this work you need to find a talented Air brush artist that can make the helmet look dimensional the way the storm troopers helmet is. The shape of a normal helmet is just off. Im sure you could find someone to do it but I would wonder about the cost. Keep us posted if you do find a way to do it!
