Motorcycle Lift In The Floor

I have a garage that needs to be occupied by a car and a motorcycle lift. The lift is too tall for the car to simply drive over, so this weekend I embarked on a little project.......

That is excellent! A way to have your lift and keep your needed space. Kinda like having your cake and eating it too! Nice write up with photos. Enjoy that - job well done.

Wow, nothing like a complete installation of a lift. I guess I'm lucky that my wife drives a Blazer and can just park over mine. Nice.

And if you should ever move, you can take the lift out, and pour more concrete to fill the hole left behind.

You must not live where it snows? That would soon be a nice lake here in the winter time without some kind of drainage.

Yes it snows, but the car that parks over the lift never goes out in the snow......In fact, it's in storage all winter.......Thanks
