Strange one, I've just replaced the 330 ohm resisters with the standard 02 sensor plugs, now when I switch the ignition on the bike boots up as normal, fine... but when the engine is running give it a little rev (no more than 3500) and the FI light comes on, and stays on solid.
The bike runs fine, feels great apart from that little red light suggesting otherwise.
Superb timing as I'm just about to embark on a 1000 mile tour with the girlfriend going across to Wales tomorrow morning.
Thanks for your reply, it makes sense although I've double checked the 02 sensor plugs and all of the surrounding connectors and everything seems very secure, even when I place the resistors back in it's the same. The bike runs great though.
Sorry can't really find anything in the manual I've just downloaded.
Do you think I'm still ok to do the trip, like I say the Bike is running perfectly and it's ever since I messed around with the 02 sensors - when I had the 330ohm resistors in sometimes the light would come on if I really cranked the throttle open, but now that I've got the standard plugs back on it seem to flicker on/off when on it's side-stand
