I'm installing some additional LED's on the rear. They'll flash when the brakes are activated. So the wire I need to tap for power is the G/Y tail light wire, correct? I've looked at the wiring diagram, but I'm doubting myself, so if somebody could just verify for me, I'd appreciate it.

The Green/Yellow wire is the Brake light power. You are correct. There are two lights and two connections (two Grn/Yel wires). One to each light on the same circuit.
