Bar Riser Questions

I have a set of bar risers and it appears I'll have to get longer lines if I want to use them.

Is there enough play to get a little more length out of any of the stock lines?

And what's a ballpark cost of replacement? (parts only, I'll do the work)

I believe the ones I have are custom made. I had another post with pictures hoping someone could identify them, to no avail. I've since tried to install them, and I will need longer lines to do so successfully.

The Rogue risers, and Helis don't need longer cables/hoses. On the Helis they have you cut off the stop on the M/C and rotate the brake line to gain the ever-so-slightly needed extra length. You can look at the Rogue see Rogue's from his siggy line. It seems the link isn't working. His are nicely made CNC'ed, so that maybe what you have.

Here are pics of the ones I have. Nobody seems to recognize them, so I figure they're one-offs.

They raise the bars and bring them closer to the seat. I tried to install the throttle side, and it appears stock lines aren't even close.

First pic is upside down.

Notice all the different holes that are drilled for varied adjustability. Are Rogue's and others like that?

I got a new set of Helibars in the last group buy and my clutch and brake line were too short. Helibar changed the design this year for an extra 1/4 inch. I also believe the fact that mine is ABS added to the problem. I ended up contacting Cycle Brakes and ordered Galfer custom lines. The clutch I order 43 1/2 inch which was a little long, 42 would have been better. I got 20 degree banjo fitting both ends. The brake line I ordered was 14 1/2 inch (ABS). I haven't installed the brake line yet but it looks like it will be perfect. I plan on installing this weekend. The whole package, to my door, was just over $100. From the looks of your picture, it would seem you'll end up with roughly the same outcome as the Helibars and I think these sizes will work for you also. It's was pretty easy to hide a little extra clutch line so you could go long there, but the brake line is a little harder to hide so you'll have to be pretty close. My brake line almost worked, if yours isn't close you might want 16 inch. The new lines look great, the fittings are stainless with copper washers.
