Will Givi Monorack Fit With Factory Luggage?

I picked up a Givi topcase and now I need to know if the Givi Monorack will fit with the factory luggage racks? Their website says it won't so I thought I would ask the experts. It's for an 02 VFR and I already have the factory luggage racks installed.
