I've been doing alot of RD testing over the last few months. Right now using a Bel STI thats working pretty good.

Those valentine users, are you using an ear jack?

I run the unit on top of tank bag with an ear jack.

With valentine 1 , I'd need the v1 plus audio module(for ear jack), plus remote arrows to make functional

Thoughts ? whats your set up

I'm wondering how to set up V1 alerts and GPS audio through the same earbuds. Obviously they are 2 different jacks. A splitter perhaps? Thoughts anyone?

I've used a Mix-It for at least five years on my ST1100. Works great, no issues what so ever. I see they have updated the unit...

Cool! Thx, ArTravIR. A little pricey, but I guess that comes with the territory.

This doesn't directly answer your question but this is what I use and I really like it. I returned my entire HARD system for this

The visual alerts dont tell you anything, other than there some form of radar in the area.

The sti I'm using right now, tells you what you dealing with via ear jack

The v1 , I tinkering with the thought of trying, but making it functional on the bike with ear jack and remote arrow loaction, is alittle cumbersome, I mount with a tank bag
