A review that I haven't seen myself, nor posted here on the forum - the review is a little hit and miss ''dated styling'' ?? The 6th gen looks spot on to me and still very cutting edge, although I agree with the comment about the latest VFR being more sports orientated than the previous.. not sure about the comments about the handling, seeing what some of you can do with these things around a racetrack.. anyway, here's the link:
I think I'm pretty objective but some of the logic in that review doesn't make sense. Also, cramped legroom for a sport tourer? Uhh, some of these "writers" forget how the genre started which was touring on a sport bike!
Dated styling? If anything the styling was a little ahead of its time and just now looking "normal".
It's kind of poorly written IMO with many contradictions.

I agree, some questionable observations but overall very positive I think
