1st off: Don't let her read your estimate, unless she is clearly over that weight.
2nd: Just crank it up a couple rounds. If you have an ABS, it's easy to readjust if you're wrong. If not, I'd probably go as close to max as you can. Unless she's a noob, and then you probably won't be railing it anyway, but just takin it easy and showin her "around". In that case, keep it a little squishy for her comfort. She'll appreciate it.

Like rice said ....start with it as hard as possible...Then put your adjustment tool in a easy excess (tank bag etc.) place....Take your friend with you for a setting test.....Basicly if it feels to like it's taking bumps to hard....back off a click....Repeat until it's taking bumps without being to bumpy,or bottoming out (if it's feels bumpy,It's topping out)...Monk

Do you have your sag set at 35mm already? If so, I'd just bump it up one or two notches on the adjuster. Riding a passenger kills the handling anyway, so it doesn't really matter!

What you should do is remove the grab rails if you haven't already so she'll have to hold on to you!! I like the ladies that have a good set of air bags for their own cushioning between us! :biggrin:
