Well I went to the dealer today right after work to talk to the guys in service to finally see if the recall was done. So he gives me a piece of paper after getting my vin number from me and it says
Date: 5/6/2005 Failed part desc: Valve Assy.
Date: 5/08/2008 Failed part desc: sub-harness, FR.
Now I assume the sub harness, FR is the recall that everybody is talking about. But what would that valve assy. fix be?

Brake proportioning valve on the right side of the bike, below the seat/tank area??
I remember they had those leaking on some early bikes.
