In the past 4 weeks or so since the snow left, I have been riding my KLR650 to better deal with the heaved and potholed pavement and the sand and gravel and salt left behind. It works well, but is a little short on creature comfort!
last weekend I finally pulled out the VFR and put 100 km or so it. What a difference. I had forgotten how well made and how smooth that machine really is. It makes the KLR650 seem prehistoric and crude!
To run the VFR up through the gears and jsut soak in the perfection was fabulous.
