Abs Brake Caliper Float

Can someone with an early ABS do me a favour. Grab hold of the font end of the rear brake caliper and see if it has any up-down (vertical) movement. Mine seems to have some noticiable float or play, and I am not sure if this is normal or not. I thought I would ask before I go to the trouble of removing it to check it.

The Caliper floats on 2 pins, the rear one seems fine, it is the top middle one that has the float or play. Feels like 1-2mm of movement to me.

My bike is an 02 ABS, and I noticed this after changing my brake pads this weekend.

yeah, mine feels like it has that same amount of movement, and mostly from the front side of the caliper. I wouldn't be concerned.
