I usually use the Givi touring screen if I'm going to be doing time on the highway and a Zero Gravity double bubble for everyday. The stock screen creates too much buffeting for me. I'm 5' 10". Try the search, there's a million posts on this subject.
I'm liking the Puig "racing" windscreen. It raises the wind blast about 6-8" over stock and gives you extra room to stuff your gloves or whatever over the top of the speedo. It's basically a double bubble in "racing" disguise.

I find its a personal taste type item. Depends alot on your height and seat position. Some screens will have more turbulence for one guy and be clear air for another guy. My favorite is the Double bubble - Zero Gravity.

I have a MRA Vario-Touring screen on mine. Got it from Twisted Throttle here
I'm 6'2" with a 34" inseam and I found the DB screen to be perfect for dumping all the air right into the base of my helmet. The MRA is vastly better. Airflow hits my chest when adjusted down, and the top of my helmet when adjusted full-up.
I'm 6'1" and the Zero Gravity Touring windscreen helps a bit, noticeably better than the stock windscreen. It's still far from perfect. Wind still hits me right at helmet level and creates noise. If you're under 6' I think these would all work exceptionally well at deflecting air over your head.
I'm 5'10" and have the ZG double bubble. For myself, it is great, but when I get a passenger on the back, it changes everything, and not for the better. The stock screen worked better with two up riding. I might be trying the ZG ST screen soon.

The thing about mine that I like is, all the different areas that the wind comes though breaks down the rush of a wave-like hit, which fans out the force.

Woop's..... Didn't answer the question..... I'm 6'0"...... The wind hits me above the neck, about face shield or a little higher.
I just bought the ZG Touring screen from www.zgoutlet.com for $55. I bought a factory second because I didn't want to invest a lot of money in a screen that may or may not work. I'm 6'3" and installed the screen three days ago before a 400 mile Oregon Coast/Willamette Valley two day ride.
The biggest problem I had with the stock screen was on the freeway at speeds over 65MPH. The wind would hit me so hard in the face that it made it difficult to even turn my head to check my blindspots before changing lanes or turning... It really wore me out! The new ZG Tourning screen helped this problem a lot. The wind isn't completely off my head above 70mph but it is much better... I didn't notice ANY increased noise or buffeting.
I didn't notice any real difference at lower speeds and installation took about 5 minutes. The ZG screen is like 1/4th the thickness of the stock screen and definitely doesn't look as nice as stock in my opinion--but functionally, it is much better for me and I'm really glad I got the light smoke color--doesn't look too bad...
The factory second included about a 3" hairline scuff mark down the middle of the screen. Obviously, it doesn't hamper vision in any way so whatever????
All in all, it doesn't work as well as my ST1300 or my old Concours but then again, it's not really designed to...
So for what it's worth, those are my two cents!
