Depends on what map was in the PCIII before, it may have been richer then the Coyze map. Changing to the Coyze map may have actually leaned it out from previous settings. After all, it didn't seem to run that hot before changing the map, .....or so it seems.
The map you were running before was leaner in most areas, so the Coyze map should have "caused" the problem. Like Baileyrock said double check the T-state on top of the other things you mentioned trying.
