Happened to see a group of VFR's about ten this morning as I was driving home. Just as I got done rubber-necking the first group, another batch went by shortly after. Led by a third or 4th gen (sorry, didn't get a close enough look) a bunch of 5th gens, and 1 or two 6th gen bikes. Just wondered if anyone from the forum was among the group...... :)

What a wet rainy day for a ride! Actually saw quite a few bikes out on my way down 95 to work. Hope you all had fun!
Most likely us
Were the two 6th gens black? That would've been myself and Bliss on the WDGAH ride.
One of the best rides ever! No rain at all, Tracy Road, App Gap, and a ferry ride to boot. Good times. You guys missed out. Bliss and I were wondering why nobody here jumped in.

Could be, although if you miseed the rain you were lucky. Started to downpour as soon as I hit Lebanon. Sounds like a fun ride! I need to get in on one of these group rides - my riding buddies have dwindled significantly in the last year. Some of it was weather related, but I have only done about 2K this year.....
We had two BlackBerrys and an iPhone in our group. We kept a sharp eye on the radar
Stayed under clear skies all day. I got slightly damp on my way home tho. Bliss has the hook up on wet weather gear. He stayed nice and dry the bastid
Not sure where in NH you are, but drop me a PM if you want to go riding. I ride almost every weekend and Bliss is sometimes available when his wife lets him out

Hey 46alpha, I have to thank my wife for the wet weather gear (x-mas gift) I'm sure I can twist her arm a few more times this season is over. West Mass would be nice :fing02:

Anytime man, I'm always down to rip it up. Route 2 out to North Adams is a great road.
And my wife hates you. Says your a bad influence. Motorcycle Superstore will be delivering my heated vest and wet weather booties next Monday. My boots are still damp damn it
She says real men don't wear booties and called me a metro-something. She just doesn't understand.
Troyce, you might want to join us. 2k in one season is shameful! ;) Winters coming man, hurry up and :wheel:

I agree. Weather conditions and a lack of riding companions are my excuse, but it's a lame excuse. I live in charlestown nh (close to claremont)
so I'm a fair distance from merrimack. I would like to get together with you guys sometime though, sounds like fun! I've yet to ride with another VFR, be cool to tag along with a whole group of them. The guys I typically ride with are a mixed bag - everything from Harleys to full-on sportbikes. Most of them are in the dark about what my bike is....
