Hey all..

Wonder if anyone would be willing to help this Aussie brother out..
I am looking at buying a F4 shock for my RWB off ebay, however there are none listed in Austrlia, and if they are, they are very expensive..

There are however lots listed on US ebay, however none of the vendors want to ship to Australia..

So, I need help.. I'm looking for a kind soul to purchase one on my behalf and ship it me.
I would obviously cover all costs and if required, happy to pay for your time to take it to the post office.

I estimate it would fit into one of these - USPS-supplied Priority Mail medium flat-rate boxes: 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8" or 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" Maximum weight 20 pounds which is around $40 to purchase..

If anyone would be willing to help a brother out.. please PM me and we can get the ball rolling..

cheers

WB, are you certain it will fit? I just haven't seen an F4 shock swapped into a VFR.

let me know exactly what you want, because my mum is on her way to Australia in a month. I'll check on her exact itinerary.

I would ship it for you if that is what you need. I am looking at F2 parts for my sons VF500F right now and have seen quite a few F4 shocks as well. My US zip code is 30269 (near Atlanta) so you may be able to get a better shipping rate with someone on the West Coast. Let me know if you need assistance.

as far as I can tell from the sticky at the top of the page.. the F4 shock is slightly shorter but fits with an adapter..

I'm going to chat to my suspension guy and weigh up the cost factors
