Just curious, When your vtec engages on your bike do you feel any extra vibration through you pegs, bars, or seats? My 2006 seems to have developed a vibration that I don't remember having earlier.
The pegs, seat and bars are vibrating at the Vtec engagement point and higher.
I have checked the obvious items and it is not chain related. If you pull in the clutch and rev it up I get the vibration.
Below the vtec engagement point no problem.
I have checked sidestand, centerstand, any thing that may be below the seat etc.......
Could the starter valves be out of sync. and cause this?
I do ride the bike hard and often run her to redline. It is an 2006 with 10k miles.
I recently lowered the oil level to the top fill mark, it was slightly over filled, but didn'thelp the deal.
Appreciate any ideas you may have.
