VFR - Blackbird clip on swap

For those who have put Blackbird bars on your 6th gen - how did you get them to fit in terms of the clutch & brake reservoirs and being able to turn?

I just swapped the bars, but the clutch & brake reservior tubes are impeding my ability to turn anywhere close to full lock.

-thoughts / suggestions?

I know VFR bars swap to XXes as a Helibars substitute... I don't think I've ever heard of putting XX bars on a VFR. Have you seen this done before?

I found a couple threads where people had done this in the past. I wanted to lower the bars on mine, and this was the best suggested route as it was supposed to be a direct swap.

I tried the same thing with Superhawk bars, and I was stymied just as you are now.

I have a 98 Blackbird, I would like to put VFR Bars on my XX, if someone wanted to swap. Mine are MINT so I would want to swap for MINT ones.
