So I gather that what I call a mod in the car scene is a farkle here ... if thats the case I am about to go farkle crazy !
Last Sept I went down lowside and so began the rebuild chase. Along the way I carefully bought almost every piece of plastic used and in great condition for a repaint and install. But at the last minute I changed my mind and dropped coin on a Asphalt black Chinese replica kit set to arrive in about 3-4 weeks now. But over the last few months while I was considering the rebuild I seem to have gone nuts with extras that either werent damaged in the accident or werent even on the bike last Fall. As it stands now here is the list of stuff for the rebuild ...
Darth Bling mirrors (converted to 1157 dual color LEDs)
Front turn signals converted to 1157 dual color LEDs
Givi touring windscreen
Red rim tape
Stebel Nautilus 138db horn
Easter Beaver horn/accessory install harness
carbon fiber triple tree sticker cover
Custom rear LED brake light strip
carbon fibre tank pad
And I am sure I am forgetting something.
Its looking like the front wheel will need a little work as I found a small bend in the outter edge of the lip and the forks are still in question as the alignment of the front wheel looks off to my eye but that will have to wait until she is put back together and taken to a shop to look at.
Its so true ... a motorcycle is just a down payment on accessories ! :wheel:
