Well after selling my 04 VFR 18 months ago, my patience with not having a bike/riding a Ducati has run out :pissed: and I will shortly be headed out to pick up my new (to me) 05. :cheerleader:

I joined a Ducati forum and found it to be nowhere are helpful/informative/close knit as VFRD so I am very glad to be returning. :woohoo:

Loving the new emoticons.

Also, :offtopic: I *need* to buy a new exhaust. Would prefer titanium or carbon. Anyone got a used setup or info on the deal of the century? Still in school so I'm required to be cheap. Thanks in advance for any help :fing02:

Congrats on your VFR! :) Be sure to post up a pic or two when you can.

I have a feeling I would miss my VFR soon after letting it go, so I'm planning to hold onto it for a long time. ;)

Thanks for the welcome back.

Pictures will be posted soon once it is given a bath.

What a wonderful ride home. I had almost forgotten how much fun the VFR is. :fing02:

I tried a Monster 900s for a short period of time. It looked bad-ass in the driveway but was pretty brutal to ride. I was also on the Monster Forum. A decent bunch of people but no where near as cool and helpful as the crowd here. Ducati is gone another VFR has taken its place and I'm better for it.

I felt a tinge of regret as the Ducati rode out of the driveway. I guess i temporarily forgot how uncomfortable it was, and the 620 was way underpowered. As soon as I got back on a VFR, and felt/heard the VTEC kick in, I remembered why I fell in love with this bike in the first place. I was grinning from ear to ear all the way home  .

I too am better off being back.
