Autotune + Motad

After some words of wisdom. Ive got an 08 with a PCV and Autotune, and Motad headers on the way:
Will the Autotune adjust my map enough or will I need a tune?
And does the Autotune make the adjustments automatically or do I need to plug in the laptop and ok them somehow?
