SW-Motech side racks for a 5th Gen

I really like the factory hard bag option on the 6th and 7th gen VFRs. I have been sort of waiting for a slightly more tour focused 1200, VFR1200T?, but I can not wait any longer.

So after many years with soft bags on my 99 I am making the jump to hard bags this summer. So what do you think of the SW-Motech side racks for a 5th Gen. Does nanybody have these racks in the San Diego area?

So what part number is that? Are theses the racks that require the top box mount as well? Are those E36's? TIA!

Don't know the part #. Should be on Twisted Throttle. On tour now so my paperwork is home. These racks do no require a top rack. In fact I am looking for a compatible top rack.
