Seat latch

Alright, so basically I got myself a Corbin seat and backrest for some two up riding.  Got the seat slightly used for half price then ordered the backrest.  The seat is kinda funny getting to latch bit I got it.  Then when the backrest got here I put it on and the bolt to keep it in place seems a little long and I actually screwed it into the seat and it started pushing out the other side.  

Then when I tried to put it on it wouldn't latch all the way so I tried and pounded and jumped blahblah.  Either way, now my seat latch is busted (duuuuh).  The stock seat will 'click'you into place, and then you can pull it right out.  I looked on a part finder to get some numbers for it but I couldn't find it??? Help? Ill take a picture when I get home for reference.
